This Changi Airport attraction is less the ‘attraction’ in the traditional sense and more a gastronomy extravaganza that will have you filled up to the brim! Still, every Singaporean knows that exciting feeling of visiting Swensen’s for their birthday—and this is that spruced up to the nines.
Swensen’s Unlimited is a buffet experience that offers a whopping 48 rotating ice cream flavours and a variety of local and international cuisines from hot dishes, to live cooking stations, seafood and more. Enjoy everything from Peranakan selections like the Ayam Buah Keluak and Nyonya Achar to their live Western carvings of Rotisserie ChickenChick and Roast Striploin, with an accompaniment of sauces.
While the offerings of pizzas and roasts are mouthwatering, you can’t miss the dessert buffet here with Swensen’s signature ice cream offerings. From the classic flavours of Thin Mint and Cookies & Cream to outlet exclusives like Laksa and Kaya, this place is a bang for your buck no matter how you dice it. Just a word of warning, though, a sugar high is most likely guaranteed, but it’ll be worth it.
