Monster Planet, the sister brand of Monster Curry, lets patrons choose from different levels of spiciness for their curry. A whopping 14 different vegetables and spices go into its signature demi-glace curry, which is cooked to perfection over two days. Dining at Earle Swensen’s at Jewel brings back the nostalgia of 1981, when Swensen’s and McDonald’s were the first two F&B outlets to open at Terminal 1. And who can resist the Earthquake sundae ($24.10) or the chocolate fondue set ($25.10)? You can even try out their newly created pizza selection that includes local flavours such as Roti John!

Curry Times is Old Chang Kee’s first curry-themed restaurant in Singapore, providing diners the promise of wholesome home-cooked inspired meals. Masterfully prepared with all the passion and tradition that gave their curry puffs its reputation today, its signature Curry Chicken (S$8.90) is a bowl of succulent chicken and spicy rich broth simmered to perfection. At Elfuego by Collin’s, be intrigued by the selection of meats hanging in the dry-ager cabinet, a sign that the restaurant takes its meats seriously. Elfuego aims to stand out by providing authentic and high quality European food. A veteran in the F&B industry, Chef Collin has more than 20 years of culinary experience under his belt. He personally recommends the Charcoal Grilled Australian Lamb Shoulder (S$78) for sharing, which is marinated and slow cooked for 12 hours to perfection, allowing the meat to retain all its natural flavours. The meat is so tender that it melts in your mouth and is definitely a must-try dish.

At Mamma Mia Trattoria E Caffè, enjoy a mouth-watering line-up of Italian pastas, risottos, anti-pastis, and desserts.

A new entrant to the Singapore dining scene, Mamma Mia! serves up authentic Italian fare with its artisanal handmade pastas, paired with the freshest ingredients and made à la minute. Other than the classic Italian pastas, fusion dishes with a twist include mee pok with chicken chunks and onsen egg (S$10.50), as well as linguine with spicy chicken katsu and Japanese curry (S$13.50). An entire range of anti-pastis, risottos, and delightful desserts such as lemon meringue tartlet (S$5) and caramel panna cotta (S$3.50) fill the menu.

Check out the new Poulet Bijou which just opened its doors in March 2022. Besides its famous French roast chicken that is brined overnight using an in-house secret recipe, give their chunky pot pies and savoury crepes a try. ICHIKOKUDO is committed to sharing the authentic flavors and culture of Hokkaido with their customers. Its signature soup is prepared with fresh chicken, vegetables, and a blend of ingredients from Hokkaido, including bonito, mackerel and kelp. The result is a rich, dense soup with umami flavours. The ramen noodles exclusively produced with a special blend of Hokkaido wheat adds a distinct springiness to each bite. Enjoy Sanook Kitchen’s tom yum seafood super bowl (S$36.90++) which has a variety of seafood and mama egg noodles served in one gigantic pot, good for sharing with two or three others. Its Thai-style steamed Sea Bass (S$24.90++) also packs a punch with its chilli, lime and garlic sauce, taking you on a Thai getaway right in Singapore.
