If you're planning a trip to Changi Airport or Jewel any time soon, here are the newest restaurants and eateries that opened in the recent month! With new dining options popping up within both the public and transit areas, you'll be spoilt for choice whether you're travelling through Changi Airport or just visiting for a meal.
1) Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck (Jewel Changi Airport)
If you’re a fan of Peking Duck, this is the place to go! Imperial Treasure has opened its 3rd Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck outlet at Jewel Changi Airport, and the only outlet in the east. It features a sleek and classy interior housing only 19 tables for an intimate dining experience.
Known for its exquisite Cantonese cuisine, the restaurant offers a wide array of seafood dishes and mains. Its eponymous peking duck, roasted to perfection with crispy skin and tender meat, is a must-try. To sample all its signature dishes at one go, try its Chef’s Recommendation Set Menu (Set B) which is a 6-course meal that features highlights like peking duck, chicken soup with fish maw and braised abalone with vegetables.
However, if you’re planning a visit, do note a few things. The Signature Peking Duck is not available to walk-in customers and must be ordered at least 1 day before. So do plan your visit to Super Peking Duck in advance!

2) Treasures Yi Dian Xin (Jewel Changi Airport)
Treasures Yi Dian Xin, another restaurant by Imperial Treasure, is located together with Super Peking Duck as dual-concept restaurant. It specialises in dim sum and aspires to bring quality ingredients to the table at affordable prices.
Check out popular menu items like the steamed prawn dumpling (har gow) and pan-fried carrot cake. Other than dim sum, Treasures Yi Dian Xin also has Hong Kong style noodles, congee, and a selection of roasted meat, including roasted duck, charcoal grilled pork collar, and Steamed Chicken.

3) ZUS Coffee - (Terminal 4, Public)
With more than 500 outlets in Malaysia alone, ZUS Coffee is a familiar name amongst Malaysians. The chain has opened its first Singapore outlet in Changi Airport at Terminal 4.
Other than your classic coffee drinks such as Cafe Latte (S$4.90) and Cappuccino (S$4.90), look forward to drinks with a Malaysian twist, such as the ZUS Gula Melaka (S$5.50)! Matcha lovers should also try the Matcha Strawberry Latte (S$5.90), one of the signature items on its menu.
Something unique about ZUS Coffee’s cups is that they are made from 100% plant-based materials and take just 100 days to decompose! Its straws are also 100% biodegradable.
While there aren’t any seating at this grab-and-go concept outlet, you can easily find a seat at Terminal 4’s arrival hall, where ZUS Coffee is located.

4) Chatterbox Express - (Terminal 1, Transit)
Known for having one of the most indulgent chicken rice in Singapore, Chatterbox started serving its signature chicken rice back in 1971 at The Mandarin Singapore. It was one of the earliest hotel restaurant to serve local cuisine, and has been a pioneer in elevating hawker food. More than half a century later, it has opened its second outlet in Changi Airport.
Priced at $16.90 for the Legendary Mandarin Chicken Rice Set (which includes seasonal vegetables and a braised egg), Chatterbox has upped the dining experience of the humble chicken rice to the next level by featuring a classy and modern interior.
Chatterbox Express also features a breakfast menu, suitable for travellers departing in the morning. The Kaya Butter Toast Set (S$7.50, with soft boiled eggs + coffee/tea) and Chicken & Egg Congee with You Tiao (S$9.00) is available before 12:00pm daily, while other breakfast menu items such as the Chicken Cutlet & Egg Toast (S$8.00) is available all-day.

5) A Noodle Story (Terminal 1, Transit)
A Noodle Story, one of 37 stores to be awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand Award in 2016, has arrived in Changi Airport. Since then, A Noodle Story has been awarded the award for 9 consecutive years in a row, until 2024.
The store serves up Singapore-infused flavours mixed in a bowl of ramen. Its Singapore Style Noodle has traditional toppings such as pork char siew, but also local favourites such as ngoh hiang (Chinese meat rolls with minced pork, prawn and water chestnut wrapped in a thin beancurd sheet) – not commonly found in ramen. The fusion of different flavours is sure to delight the tastebuds of any diner!

6) Lixin Teochew Fishball Noodles (Terminal 1, Transit)
With a tradition that dates back to 1968, Lixin Teochew Fishball Noodles already has 17 outlets across Singapore. Its 18th outlet has opened in Terminal 1’s transit area, featuring its signature Fishball Noodles, made with 100% Yellowtail fish. Its fishballs are made daily, ensuring freshness and bounciness in every bite. Lixin Teochew Fishball Noodles has also been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2024 – clearly a testament to its quality and taste.
Although Lixin Teochew Fishball Noodles is not Halal-certified, its sister brand, Bounce Fishball, is. Bounce Fishball already has stalls in Terminal 3 and Jewel’s food courts, so fishball noodles lovers are well covered when they come to Changi Airport!

7) Uncle Lee Confectionery (Jewel Changi Airport)
Uncle Lee Confectionery, which specialises in traditional cakes and pastries, has opened its first kiosk at Jewel Changi Airport. It serves as both a physical shop and a pick-up kiosk for its online shop.
Customers can look forward to traditional flavours such as its Vanilla Peanut Buttercream Cake, Marble Cake, and Kopi Cookies at the kiosk. However, some of the items, including the custard puffs and Chocolate Buttercream Cakes, are only available for order online and can be picked up at the kiosk.
