4. Tambuah Mas Indonesian Restaurant (Jewel Changi Airport)
For a comforting taste of authentic Indonesian flavours, Tambuah Mas is your next destination at Jewel Changi Airport, bringing decades of culinary heritage to the east side.
Established in 1981, Tambuah Mas is one of Singapore’s oldest Indonesian restaurants beloved for its generation-passed down recipes and soulful flavours from Padang, Sulawesi, and Java. Its flagship Orchard outlet is also Michelin Guide-recognised, a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to traditional cooking methods and authentic tastes that stand the test of time.
At its new restaurant in Jewel, diners can dive into a line-up of signature Indonesian classics.
Highlights include the aromatic Rendang Lembu (tender beef stew slow-cooked in a traditional spice blend), and the Kari Ayam (chicken simmered in creamy coconut milk and spices). Say Cheese because Queic by Olivia, the iconic cheesecake brand, has brought its rich, artisanal cheesecakes made with premium Spanish cheeses to Jewel.
An offshoot of the famed Olivia Restaurant & Lounge along Keong Saik Road, Queic is known for its small-batch cheesecakes that combine rich creaminess with refined, savoury notes, offering a luxurious twist on the classic dessert.
