The Jewel Concierge is located at Level 1, right outside the Changi Lounge.

If you're already an existing Changi Rewards member, you can easily access the Jewel Privileges e-card through the Changi App mobile application. Simply go to ‘Account’, swipe the top tile to the left, and voila – there’s your e-card! This digital card gives you quick and hassle-free access to the numerous discounts available, making your shopping and dining adventures even more enjoyable.

For tourists, you can collect the physical Jewel Privileges card at the Jewel Changi Airport Concierge at Level 1 outside the Changi Lounge. All you have to do is register a valid email address to Jewel Changi Airport’s mailing list. 

If you’re not signed up to Changi Rewards, simply sign up here (it’s free to sign up and the membership is for a lifetime!) and enjoy exclusive perks and promotions across all Singapore Changi Airport terminals. Plus, if you have both a CapitaStar and Changi Rewards membership, you can stack your rewards and enjoy double the benefits whenever you shop and dine at Singapore Changi Airport.
