Picture this: you, surrounded by verdant foliage, breathing in the crisp, fresh air as you work your way to be your fitter self.
From high-adrenaline cardio exercises to dance-inspired routines, here are some fun ways you can burn calories without visiting the gym. One of the highlights of the fitness lineup is the exhilarating Rhythm Cycling classes – available in the day and at night, both offering a spectacular view of the world’s tallest indoor waterfall. Come nightfall, the Shiseido Forest Valley undergoes a stunning metamorphosis, with a kaleidoscope of colours synchronised with the music to create an electrifying atmosphere. The climax of this experience is the Light and Sound Show at the HSBC Rain Vortex to end your rhythm cycling routine – only available at the Wellness Festival Singapore.
There are also other classes, and these are completely free (yes, free of charge!). If you're looking for a workout that combines fun and intensity, Jumping Fitness is the way to go. Bounce away your troubles on trampolines and let the high-energy workout boost your endorphins level. For a workout that focuses on toning and sculpting, try the Barre classes. Engage your core, pulse your muscles, and achieve a lean and graceful physique. And not forgetting the timeless favourite, Zumba.
