Check out these new restaurants and eateries at Changi Airport!
1. GO Noodle House
This is not your usual noodle house. This Jiangxi noodle place serves amazing noodle soup with juicy pork and beef meatballs that explodes with delicious fillings. There are also other non-meatball options as well as dry noodles, such as Fresh Fish Sliced Noodles and Premium Beef Sliced Noodles, but the Signature Bursting Meatball Noodles is a popular choice. Another crowd favourite is its Hakka Sauce with Century Egg Noodles, which comes with generous servings of deep fried and large anchovies, black fungus, crispy pork lard and savoury century eggs accompanied by a special Hakka sauce.
Its broth is prepared daily and made with more than 14 types of fish bones. It comes with a generous serving of vegetables and a small cup of hua diao jiu 花雕酒 (rice wine used for cooking) to further enhance the flavour of the broth.

2. PappaRich
Not going to Malaysia but craving for some of her classic hawker fare? PappaRich offers an elaborate menu of over 60 items, with signature dishes from different cities in Malaysia, at affordable prices and a comfortable dining ambience.
From Hainanese Malaysian breakfast like the Hainan Toasted Bread with Butter and Kaya, to Penang Prawn Mee, Ipoh Kway Teow, and KL Hokkien Mee – have a feast of Malaysia before you get on the plane! This is a Halal-certified restaurant, and offers vegetarian options for guests as well.
Must try: Nasi Lemak with Ayam Masak Merah, Hainan Chicken Rice with Steamed Chicken

3. NamNam
Sin Chow, what about some Vietnamese food? The newest outlet of NamNam is now here at Terminal 3! While there have been more Vietnamese food options in Singapore in recent years, NamNam remains one of the more well-known Vietnamese restaurants here.
Apart from its regular offerings of Vietnamese street favorites such as pho, specialty noodles, or banh mi, this outlet also offers a special breakfast menu of local favorites such as Kaya Toast, Otah Toast, and Chili Crab Toast for early departers.
Must try: Pho Beef Slices & Balls (served medium rare)

4. SuperFood Kitchen
Keeping fit lately? Check out the healthy bowls and burritos from SuperFood Kitchen to compliment your workout. Simply choose from its available super bowls or customize your own super bowl by picking the grain, protein, supplements, and dressing that you like.
Each dish comes with a detailed breakdown of the calories, protein, carbs, and fats of the superbowl – great for those who keep track of their daily intake. Its kiosk at Terminal 3 Basement 2 is for takeaway only, but you can have your meal at the clusters of seating near the kiosk, or at ST3PS and enjoy a free movie while at it.

5. Levure Naturelle
Looking to have something light instead? What about a delicious waffle or some European pastries from Bakery Levure Naturelle before you fly? Its 4th outlet in Singapore and first in the airport, Levure Naturelle is a brand under Bakery Cuisine. Unlike its other more traditional looking outlets located in the heartlands, this outlet has a more modern look. There’s also an area that allows you to watch the preparation of your waffles!
Its waffles are freshly made to order and served with generous filling. They also have a soft chewy texture unlike the typical crispy waffles. Be prepared for a short wait as the baker prepares each waffle fresh!
Must try: Kaya with Chocolate Waffle (yes, you can have two flavours within the same waffle!)

6. Sushi Deli
Sushi Deli is another newly opened grab-and-go place where you can buy hot and cold Japanese bento boxes from S$8.00 onwards. Part of the Jollibean Group, its bento boxes and sushi sets are prepared fresh daily . A convenient food option if you’re craving for some sushi or looking to have a quick bite. There are also temaki (hand roll), onigiri (rice ball) and a variety of salads. Passion card members enjoy 10% from now till 31 December 2023.
Must try: Unagi & Salmon Chirashi, Mini Omega & Soba

7. Noyah La Maison & Zero Degree
Noyah La Maison is the first dual-concept restaurant within Changi Airport – serving fusion Peranakan cuisines and gelato desserts.
Check out unique main dishes such as its Asam Pedas Seafood Rice Bowl, Chili Garam Prawn Pasta and classic local delights like laksa and mee siam. Among some of the lighter options are Beef Rendang Crossiant and Buah Keluak Flourless cake. The restaurant is Halal certified, and also offer vegetarian dishes such as its NLM House Salad or Kaya Butter Cream Croissant, for those looking for meatless options.
Just beside it is Zero Degree, an ice-cream parlour that specialises in artisanal gelato. It is a home-grown Singapore brand with an ambitious dream of offering the widest selection of gelato flavours in Singapore. After a satisfying meal at Noyah La Maison, check out its locally inspired gelato creations next door such as the Chendol and Sea Salt Gula Melaka, or the crowd favourite Bubble Milk Tea.
Just before you go, grab a coffee made by Bibik Panjang, Noyah La Maison’s very own in-house robot barista.

8. Woke Ramen
There is no lack of ramen options in Singapore but Woke Ramen promises a new way of enjoying ramen – this time with wok hei. What does this mean? Its noodles are first stir-fried in seasoned woks for the wok hei flavour before they are combined with one of their two base broths – Chicken Collagen broth or Prawn broth. The result? An unbeatable combination of smoke, depth, and umami to be savoured in different ways – with Chashu, Chicken Katsu, Chicken Gyoza, or Prawn Paste.
This is its very first store in Singapore, so be sure to head down to Terminal 1 to try its unique ramen creations!

9. Aji Ichi Sushi Bar
Aji Ichi, the newest addition to Terminal 4, is a sushi bar that offers affordable alcohol with contemporary Japanese fusion dishes. While its interior is more suitable for friends looking to catch up over drinks, its exterior seating area is a lot brighter for the family crowd or for diners who are looking to enjoy a quiet meal overlooking Terminal 4’s expansive Departure Hall.
Its wide selection of food and alcohol has prices starting from as low as S$2.60 for sushi. The more interesting dishes include its Frog Leg Tempura prepared in har cheong (prawn paste) style and served with sambal belacan (chilli with shrimp paste and lime), and the Hokkaido Zuwaigani Donabe (Snow Crab Claypot Rice).
