Jewel’s AC.Kafe is a Designer-Art Toys themed café that also serves up delectable Japanese and Western cuisine. The Hamburg Don (S$15.90) comes with a juicy waygu beef patty, pickled and steamed vegetables, grated daikon, ponzu sauce and japonica rice that’ll make you go “oishii!” If noodles are up your alley, try one of their fusion pastas instead, such as the Chilled Truffle Angel’s Hair pasta (S$16.90) that comes with sakura ebi, wakame and nori.

We all miss that communal dining experience and sheer variety of food at hotpot restaurants. Luckily, Beauty In The Pot at Jewel is now bringing that experience right to your doorstep with delivery services! Choose from four sets ranging from S$78 to S$168, which includes two broths of your choice. For that uniquely-BITP experience, choose their signature Beauty Collagen Broth – cooked over hours to give you that rich, creamy flavour that’s also great for your complexion. Win-win situation.

4. Big Bird

When the takeaway box states that it’s “more than just chicken”, you know that they’re not fooling around.

Big Bird, a local halal food takeaway business that first opened at Jewel, promises to bring a taste of Singapore at a highly affordable price point. Their crowd-favourite, Curry Crispy Chicken rice box (S$6.50) features tantalisingly crunchy chicken with a generous serving of curry, sunny side-up, broccoli, spring onion and fried shallots on a bed of rice. Big Bird is also coming up with some new dishes for Hari Raya, so stay tuned to their Facebook page!

Korean chain dal.komm Coffee garnered enormous fanfare for its appearances in K-drama series “Descendants of the Sun” and “Goblin”, and continues to satisfy coffee heads with their signature espresso blends from its Jewel café. Besides their hot beverages, dal.komm also offers savoury dishes such as the Croque Monsieur – a thick toast with turkey ham, American cheese and mozzarella cheese for that stringy cheese pull – and Gorgonzola Pizza – thin crust pizza with cheese, cheese and more cheese!

6. Four Seasons Durians Restaurant

Besides its unique durian-infused dishes, Four Seasons Durians Restaurant – the world’s first durian speciality restaurant located in Jewel – also serves up halal-certified Nanyang-style favourites. Try out their new Hari Raya menu, which features hearty Nasi Ambeng sets (starts at S$32 for 2 people) that come with rice, lemak chilli padi chicken, begedil, sambal egg, fried fish, sambal goreng, serundung and sambal belacan!

If you fancy something more wallet-friendly, there are also value meals at S$9.90, including the Sze Chuan Kung Pao Mala Chicken with rice that is sure to give your tongue a good sizzle.

Enjoy the world’s first Michelin-starred ramen in the comfort of your home! Tsuta’s signature tonkotsu broth is prepared from boiling premium black pork bone and trotter at high temperatures to give a rich yet smooth mouthfeel. Missing the wok fragrance of zichar (stir-fry)? Fret not. Jewel’s JUMBO Seafood continues to offer its signature Award-Winning Chilli Mud Crab (600g for S$62.60) – fresh mud crab served with thick, sweet and slightly spicy chilli sauce paired best with some mantous (deep-fried mini buns) to soak up all that juicy goodness.

Alternatively, opt for their more affordable bento boxes (starts from S$10.80), such as deshelled prawns stir-fried with chilli crab sauce, sweet and sour sliced salmon, braised beancurd and seasonal vegetables served with rice.

9. Kam's Roast

Fans of roasted meat would have definitely heard of Kam’s Roast – the award-winning restaurant from Hong Kong that got people talking when it opened its second restaurant in Jewel last year. The roasted duck ($58.85 for a whole duck) uses their secret recipe and is roasted to succulent perfection. Their Toro Char Siew (S$24.40), famous for its use of pork belly, is nicely charred whilst maintaining its melt-in-your-mouth and fatty texture.

10. Paris Baguette Signature

Famous for its buttery and Instagram-worthy pastries, Paris Baguette Signature serves breakfasts (or tea breaks) you won’t want to miss. Enjoy a refreshing cup of Yuzu Mint Tea (S$6.50) with a hearty Camembert Beef Baguette Sandwich (S$9.90) – a ciabatta with rocket salad, pastrami, camembert cheese and mustard sauce – for a pick-me-up in the mornings.

Hailing from the land famous for its fresh salmons, Norwegian healthy fast-food chain PINK FISH offers plenty of dishes made with sustainably-fished salmon. From its sizzling Singaporean Burger (S$7.92) – saucy sambal slaw, cucumber, pickled union, salted egg and fried salmon patty sandwiched between two buns – to its Subtle Norwegian Poke (S$8.72) – a medley of apple, dill, fennel and celeriac with salmon – you’ll surely be spoilt for choice.

12. Shake Shack

Remember those long, snaking queues at Jewel’s Shake Shack? Thankfully, the famous frozen custards and burgers are now available for delivery too, so you can save a little bit of effort!

The headlining ShackBurger (S$9.20) is made with cheese, lettuce, tomato, secret ShackSauce and a juicy beef patty sandwiched between two fluffy potato buns. Vegetarians aren’t left out of the feast either – the ‘Shroom Burger (S$10.80) is every bit a treat, with crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheese. Choose from a variety of frozen custard shakes (S$6.90) to complete your meal.

13. Toast Box

Munching on freshly toasted white bread with a generous spread of Hainanese kaya and a slice of butter while sipping brewed Kopi and people-watching is a quintessential Singaporean experience.

While the latter is a bit difficult during these times, don’t stop yourself from enjoying a Traditional Kaya Toast (S$2.00) and some Kopi or Teh (starts from S$2.90) at home  from Jewel’s Toast Box! 14. White Restaurant

Founded in Sembawang in 1999, White Restaurant at Jewel serves up Singapore’s most popular White Beehoon (S$7.15 for one pax serving), made from a sweet and savoury seafood broth with prawns and squids atop soft vermicelli that soaks up all the goodness.

White Restaurant also has many zichar favourites, ranging from prawn omelette (from S$8.80) to sambal kangkong (S$10.78). They are also offering 4 to 6-course family sets from just S$58.80!
